Transport & Economic Support Services (TESS) was established in 1994 as a consulting firm, specialising in transport economics and supportive services, initially concentrated in public transport, physical distribution, facility assessment projects, policy studies, viability studies, training and information technology. 

Over the years the consulting side of our business has become more involved in general aspects of road transport.
