TESS was appointed to provide technical personnel to monitor and supervise on behalf of the City of Cape Town where required. This includes overseeing quality control and signing off on specific maintenance work as well as perform compliance and condition inspections. TESS provided personnel in the fields of:

• Civil engineering

• Structural engineering

• Building and construction

• Electrical engineering

• Mechanical engineering

On this project, the technical personnel assist the City of Cape Town with necessary checking, verification and compilation of maintenance plans and programmes. TESS are also required to perform administrative and technical tasks in terms of the monitoring service.
